ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a Wellness Manager to lead the Therapy Team at our Swindon location.

This individual will be responsible for providing outstanding treatments as the Lead Therapist and a core member of the Therapy team, whilst managing the wellness experience from start to finish; ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer treatments and service, calendar management, managing, inspiring & motivating the therapy team, leading alignment of treatments, and offering training and up skilling, whilst embedding the Honestly Ombré DNA in the behaviours, actions and service delivery of absolutely everything we do. 

 

This individual will be responsible for maintaining the 5* treatments Honestly Ombré is known for. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for beauty and wellness treatments, with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, who can manage, lead and inspire a team, meeting key sales targets and delivering the brand strategy.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role, leading the way for ethical beauty & wellness in the South West. The individual we’re looking for will have experience and/or qualifications within the beauty & wellness industry and experience and/or qualifications in managing a team.

 

This individual should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, an excellent track record for delivering customer service, a proactive approach when dealing with challenges and bumps, be quick to act and responsive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable in delivering training and shaping a team, and have a creative flare and overriding passionate for the industry.

Essentials:

 

  • Someone who shares our ethics & ethos, through and through. Yes that’s a full stop. 

 

  • Experience and qualifications in a beauty & holistic therapy and experience in a salon environment, and or relevant business or start-up management experience 

 

  • Experience in a customer facing service role, who understands the importance of excellent service, and can live and breathe our brand 

 

  • Experience with calendar management in a fast paced environment with several moving parts 

 

  • Someone who likes people (we like them a whole bunch!) and has a great ear for listening

 

  • A natural leader, with experience in a management role, who can uplift, motivate, develop and inspire a team

 

  • Experience maintaining a brand, social media management and cross channel engagement 

 

  • Someone who can keep plants alive 

 

  • Someone who is adaptable and resilient to change, thrives with new challenges and who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast growing start up 

 

 

Desirable: 

 

  • Previously managed a team 

 

  • Lover of natural beauty 

 

  • UK Driving License 

 

  • Photography skillzzzz

​This is a fixed term 12 month contracted role, with a 6 month probationary period. Covering 37.5 hours per week and includes weekend work as standard. 

Starting salary £22,500 - £24,000.
