ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re a small team with BIG plans. We’re looking for a new Salon Manager to head up our Swindon location and join the Management Team at Honestly Ombré Ltd.
This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the HO Old Town Salon; the role includes business management, management of our Beauty & Wellness Therapy Team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experience and service, meeting key sales targets, calendar management, delivering the brand strategy, inspiring & motivating our workforce, whilst embedding the Honestly Ombré DNA in the behaviours, actions and service delivery of absolutely everything we do.
We’re looking for an individual with a business head, with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, who can manage the performance and success of our Swindon location from end to end.
This is a dynamic and fast paced role, leading the way for ethical beauty & wellness in the South West. The individual we’re looking for will have experience and/or qualifications within the beauty & wellness industry and experience and/or qualifications in managing a team and or business.
This individual should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, an excellent track record for delivering customer service, experience with social media management and brand engagement, a proactive approach when dealing with challenges and bumps, be quick to act and responsive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable in delivering training and shaping a team, and have a creative flare and overriding passionate for the industry.
Someone who shares our ethics & ethos, through and through. Yes that’s a full stop.
Experience and qualifications in a beauty & holistic therapy and experience in a salon environment, and or relevant business or start-up management experience
Experience in a customer facing service role, who understands the importance of excellent service, and can live and breathe our brand
Experience with calendar management in a fast paced environment with several moving parts
Someone who likes people (we like them a whole bunch!) and has a great ear for listening
A natural leader, with experience in a management role, who can uplift, motivate, develop and inspire a team
Experience maintaining a brand, social media management and cross channel engagement
Someone who can keep plants alive
Someone who is adaptable and resilient to change, thrives with new challenges and who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast growing start up
Previously run your own business / experience working for a start-up
Lover of natural beauty
UK Driving License
Data analysis, forecasting, stock taking etc.

This is a fixed term 12 month contracted role, with a 6 month probationary period. Covering 37.5 hours per week and includes weekend work as standard.
Starting salary £23,800 - £24,500.
