We are in a period of growth and we’re looking for passionate & dedicated Therapists to join our Therapy Team. We are open to part-time and full-time applicants. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Honestly Ombré is known for our premium, luxury, high quality and other worldly holistic experiences, and our top class beauty treatments, bridge the space between spa-like serenity and creative beauty workshop.
We’re looking for a Massage Therapist to join us to help deliver outstanding customer service, wellness, and become a core member of our Therapy Team, contributing to the business success and growth.
We’re looking for an individual with qualifications/experience in their chosen field, and who wants to be part of a dynamic team, committed to making people feel good about themselves and connected to their inner peace.
We’re your friendly neighbourhood plant gang, we’ve got time for everyone, we want to hear the inner workings of our clients minds - think it’s just a facial? Think again. Why DOES Michelle Obama look great in blue? How come Sea World still exists? Why are we so grouchy during a full moon? Can you be addicted to tea? We’ve got time, let’s talk it out babes.
We’re looking for friendly, calm and relaxed humans, who loves people (we like them a lot!), with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness, who thrive in a fast paced role, but can deliver relaxation and balance to those around them.
We’re a small team with BIG plans, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the HO crew and brand in leading the way for ethical wellness & beauty in the South West.
We’re looking for humans who breathe positivity, have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, an excellent track record for delivering outstanding customer service, offering a proactive approach when dealing with challenges and bumps, be responsive in a dynamic environment and have overriding passion for our industry.
Someone who shares our ethics & ethos, through and through. Yes that’s a full stop.
Holds a qualification in Massage Therapy (such as, but not limited to: Swedish Massage, Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Bamboo Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hand/Foot Massage.
Experience in a customer facing service role, who understands the importance of excellent service, putting the customer’s needs above all
Experience with dynamic calendar management in a fast paced environment with several moving parts. This industry is fast paced, resilience is key!
Someone who likes people (we like them a whole bunch!)
Someone who is confident when talking to customers, and has a great ear for listening
Someone who is adaptable and thrives with new challenges and who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast growing start up
Other relevant therapy qualifications (such as Reiki, Facials, Reflexology, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, Light Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Beauty NVQ, etc.)
Experience within a salon environment or similar
Lover of natural beauty
Customer service qualifications

We are advertising for Full Time and Part-Time positions.
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week.
Hours: 5 days a week, including Saturday as standard.
Starting salary: £20,400 - £23,600.
