This is the boring but necessary bit.
When you book an appointment at Honestly Ombré (yay!), we will ask for your full name, contact number and email address. This is for keeping you up to date with your appointment, and sending you a reminder 2 days before you're booked in. It also helps speed up payment at the end of your appointment so you can get back out into the world and radiate your natural glow.
We would also occasionally like to send you tailored updates about events and offers going on at Honestly Ombré. You can easily unsubscribe from these if you don't want them.
But we promise they won't be those boring newsletters of junk.
Finally, we will never ever share your information with anyone but us. Cross our hearts.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that now and again you might need to cancel your appointment because life gets in the way. That's absolutely fine! But please please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Appointment slots at Honestly Ombré are in high demand (we love you), and unfortunately last minute cancellations and appointment no shows mean that we suffer as a small business, and our clients who haven't managed to get an appointment are disappointed they couldn't get booked in.
Therefore we have a few rules when it comes to cancellations, and we'd really appreciate it if you follow them.
Cancellations require 48 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked appointment, there is a 50% charge of the cost of the treatment. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or if you fail to attend your appointment, will incur a charge for the full cost of treatment.
